There should be none at all.

The fact that a "controversy" like this ever developed was a situation that was created by the weakness in vitargo's original marketing campaign.I was one of those who expressed the opinion years ago together with a few others that it would not be long before copycat "alternatives" appeared on the market claiming to possess the "same" or even "better" qualities. Some of these people even had the front to lift word for word, vitargo's patented science to "explain" the "effectiveness" of their products.

In the academic world this is plagiarism; in the supplement world false advertising.Don't get me wrong;waxy maize starch has its uses and benefits. What I am totally against is misleading the general public with false information and making money out of it.

Even amongst the vitargo people there are traditionalists and a tiny group of revisionists, a development unhelpful in providing a united front to tackle the opposition.Vitargo is fighting back and this fight must be spearheaded by Swecarb- the manufacturer/ source, from where all vitargo mixes originate.

Please go to other forums if you want to read more about this so -called "controversy" which in reality should not exist.I can promise you that all you will find are people with vested interests who have been encouraged to post threads to advance the viewpoints of their paymasters. You may find a few genuine postings from independent consumers but there is no way of gauging their sincerity or authenticity.

Before you ask maybe I ought to tell you that I am a follower of the traditionalist vitargo school of thought in theory and practice, demonstrated by what kind of vitargo we sell.I am doing this out of self belief and in the interest of my company and those that depend on me.

Having said that I feel we all owe it to our customers to let them know the truth and let them make their minds up. This sounds very utopian bearing in mind the kind of industry we are in and some of the characters involved in it. We may however comfort ourselves in the belief that the truth always emerges in the end.The best is yet to come.
