Hi Dayo,

as you may recall, i initially has a poor experience with poor quality whey proteins from H&B etc.

i have since moved onto the nutri-delicious and im very happy.

i need advice because even after all this time, i still cant lose the love handles, with the past advice you have given me, i have lost weight and increased muscle size etc. but it is getting irritating, i am putting so much effort into my diet and training etc but i cant seem to lose those final little bits of fat...

do you have any other tips or anything?

Thanks - your time and patience with me is very much appreciated, i understand you are a busy man.

You will need to experiment with a good thermogenic fat burner like Eph-25 or ECA. Your diet will now have to shift more in favour of higher protein and lower carbs even if it means substituting a complex carb meal and protein with one which is predominantly protein and FIBROUS carbs. Also invest in a broom handle and do twists of 200 quick reps for 5 sets with 30 secs rest in between. This should be done before you start any workout.

Try this for 2 weeks and see what happens. You will not be able to keep this up for more than 1 month.

If you are diabetic or suffer from any heart condition do not use thermogenics.

if i might suggest also,

when i dieted to loose weight i also had that last bit of fat left 1 or 2 inches on my stomach aprox i did alot of TVR excercises with a great diet on my stomach which helped alot to keep my stomach sucked in (also known as the stomach vacuum), its just the processs of keeping your stomach sucked in for certain amounts of time it is called the transverse abdominis muscle behind your abs but mainly it was the use of fat metoblisers and i also used l carnitine.

dont tease me for showing an about.com definition but

"The deepest layer of abdominal muscles is called the "transversus abdominis." The transverse abdominal muscle wraps around the torso from front to back and from the ribs to the pelvis. The muscle fibers of the transversus abdominis run horizontally, similar to a corset or a weight belt.
This muscle doesn't help move the spine or the pelvis, but it does help with respiration and breathing. This muscle helps facilitate forceful expiration of air from the lungs, stabilizes the spine and helps compress the internal organs. "

http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/abdominalcorestrength1/ss/AbAnatomy_5.htm

doing abdominal training alone isnt going to make you loose fat (im assuming you know that any way ;) but it just might help you as it helped me)
