Great product if you can get the pure stuff. There have been no horror stories that I know of.
You are best going to visit the bushmen of the kalahari desert in South Africa and ask the clan chief to show you the correct one. |

I would be carefull using wikipedia as a source for anything haha,
this part especially to me makes me question the use of the stuff really (see bellow) "in which a purified extract of Hoodia gordonii, known as P57, was injected directly into the brains of rats.[7] The author of the rat study said that P57 was easily broken down by the liver, so it might be hard to take in enough of it to ensure that it had an effect. MacLean cautioned that currently available supplements might be inadequate, stating "I question whether there is really enough of the active ingredient in there to do much."[8] However, upon further review and in vitro experimentation it was found that P57AS3 was generally not inhibited metabolically by human liver enzymes and has a relatively high secretion rate.[9]" however i have heard there is another substance that is used as an appetite suppressant utilized from seaweed or some extract along those lines, if you are taking the stuff and it works please let me know so i can give it to my brother... hes a big fatty (not saying you are) regards dale |

its not one of those catch 22 products where it says 'has to be used in conjunction with proper diet' because then i just get shady to wether it works or not most of the time i think its placebo effect, but if it is as good as you say it is please just keep dropping in a forum note because ill have to get some. Where did you get it from?? and how are you feeling dieting wise? do you have cravings? are you tired alot? or anything?? tell me!!! good look with your progress too, seems like your doing very well.

im the same as you, if it says use in conjunction with a calarie controlled blah blah... i reckon its a con...
i took one on a morning with a pint of water, and had to force my self to eat at tea time, i even had a moggies brekky yesterday and still lost weight. im more than impressed with them, i used to eat junk all the time, sweets and take aways etc, i havent had any cravings for either... ill keep using it anyway... |

Hi Ben,
What then would you now say is the most important element to explain your progress? The Hoodia itself, the fact that you have stopped eating junk food, or the fact that the Hoodia has suppressed your desire so much that you don't even think about junk food anymore,or when the odd craving comes you know not to satisfy it by eating junk food. Also when you eventually come off Hoodia as we all need to do with supplements and the cravings return what will you do?? Finally, try to weigh yourself first thing in the morning with nothing on; it is the most accurate reading you will get- using the same weighing scale of course. |

good afternoon Dayo,
after using it for 8 days, i cant give a full explanation yet, but in time i will. what ever it is, weather its the hoodia, or just my imagination, i dont crave any food at all, as i said, i have had to force feed myself just to make sure i eat something... i weigh myself with nothing on, on the same scales and i even put the scales on the same bathroom tile to make sure the conditions are the same. so far im very impressed witht he result, maybe you should think about selling it dayo? you know your stuff enough to be able to inform people of the product, as you do with all of your other products? |
