Leave it till mid-march. There is loads of time before it starts getting warmer. Now we are all covered up. What you should guard against for now is not to get too heavy so you have less of a job in stripping off the excess bodyfat when the time comes.

what has annoyed me is im really not aching on my biceps/triceps at all yet my biceps felt like they where going to explode off my arms and even hurt a little bit same with triceps yet they aren't aching what so ever, could this be because of the creatine or something else, today im going to try do them again and do a 20 set thing like arnold did if that doesnt kill them off then i give up!

Creatine may help with your ability to handle more poundage.Don't use aching muscles as a gauge for progress or the lack of it.People who train with wrong techniques also ache.

What you are attempting to do ie 2 arm workouts without adequate recovery may actually be detrimental. Leave it for another 4-5 days or so then you can experiment with your Arnold technique; although I am not a fan of volume training.

Also giving up is defeatist. Where there is a will there is a way.
