HLN creatine is simply creatine monohydrate.Never judge the quality or effectiveness of a supplement by the number of Pros or top amateurs who advertise a product because they are paid to do so. If you experiment with something and it works for you then stick to it.What may work for you may not necessarily work for someone else.

I can tell you in all honesty that 95% of most top bodybuilders rely more on macro nutrients than supplements. Don't get me wrong; supplements are there for a reason but these should be restricted to your immediate needs and you should always question yourself about why you feel you need to buy a particular supplement.

D

I regret trying it because i normally Go with the HLN Brand Creatine, and when deciding to sample another brand i was a little apprehensive of this and when thinking back i do wish i bought the HLN Brand product. It wasnt as much as trying the new brand because i was sick of HLN it was about trying something called creatine phosphate.

In the end i feel the choice i made was stupid, The hardness you get from the HLN is so much better than that of the BSN Products.... You would not expect this considering BSN sponsor major athletes and there mass research and development funds and facilities yet Dayo Audi's Products are above the rest again.... I noticed i had kept more muscle from the HLN product as well as my performance levels sky rocket.

This BSN i am telling you it did NOTHING for me..

Are you suffering from depressed libido? Is it strength increase you are after? Supplements work best in an environment where there is a need or justifcation for it.

Good Tribulus can assist in raising libido by so doing they may impact on natural test producton in a positive way.If there was anything dangerous about its use it would be on the banned list.

We do one which combines both Tribulus and ZMA which is quite good.To be fair, our staff have also had good things to say about the one Reflex do.

By the way you should consider joining Hard Labour Facebook.Dale has twisted my arm for weeks about this and I have finally relented and set one up for the HLN brand.

Regards

Dayo.

Not all creatines have the same level of purity and effectiveness.

Creatine works differently with people, some derive great benefit from it while others develop cramps.Personally I do not subscribe to the loading formular but tend to use it for 6 weeks only on training days and come off for an equal period of time. That is just me. I do suffer from cramping when I take more than 10g but this is rectified with an electrolyte drink. Creatine may affect the electrolyte balance. Remember also to keep hydrated on creatine cycles and don't develop a psychological dependency on supplements for training.
